normal posting method does not work

Usually, when I want to post something, I clink on the "Ask It Here" button and it brings up a form for me to fill out. Now when I click on that it presents a thin 2mm box with no room to post anything. However, I just discovered this form at the bottom of the page and I think this should work just as well. It does seem odd that something that use to work is now behaving so strangely.

Robert, I just went to the "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the main forum page...I assume that is the place you are talking about? Anyway, on my browser it looks and behaves as it always has. Perhaps if the next time you log in it still looks weird to you, report it. Maybe it is a little bug that cropped up. A few months ago I was unable to post in the forum, and they found a bug with Firefox.

The "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the forum page works for me too which is how I posted this message. However, if I click on the "Ask it here" at the TOP of the page, that doesn't work and I have tried numerous computers and both IE and Chrome. I never used the form at the bottom of the page before yesterday and I find that I like it better anyway. The "Ask it here" button brought up a special flash generated form.

Oh, I see what you are talking about now. It does the same thing for me. I guess I never tried to use that before, only the one at the bottom of the page.
