Today, I find that the play it section doesn't work in both German and French.

When I try to use the play it section of lessons I get a message that something went wrong and a reload button. This appears to affect all lessons in Geman and also French,

I am using window 10 with the Chome Browser. I tried re-loging in and clearing the cache. The same problem occurs with the Edge browser.

I also find that the play section doesn't work on Rocket Russian, French, and Spanish.

Good to hear I am not the only one. I am surprised that more people haven't noticed. I use it a lot for revision.

I am having the same issue with spanish both yesterday and today. Running Chrome on a PC.

I'm having the same issue. Rocket Italian, all 3 levels. None of the audio converstations can be played within any module or lesson. First noticed the issue on Friday Oct 22. As of Sunday AM on Oct 24 the issue persists.

Not having a problem with Chrome, but I prefer Firefox and am having issues with ponts lagging in the hear it say it section. So have been using Chrome for ths. but switching back and forth is annoying.

In FIrefox, some of the points aren't recording. Happening in Itlian and German

I'm also having the same issue with Rocket French.  First started on Friday morning, October 22.

  • macOS 10.15.17
  • Chrome Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (x86_64)
  • Travelogue Lesson 3.4

Play conversation and Play as buttons lead to:

There was a problem loading the lesson. Please try again.

Using the reload button doesn't resolve anything.  I also tried logging out and back in to Rocket Spanish, as well as restarting Chrome.   I first noticed the issue today, but haven't used those functions in a few days, so it may well have appeared earlier.  I have not updated Chrome since the time it last worked.  Hope that's helpful.

I often, after a night's pause, note that the Audio does not work any longer. Sometimes a reload makes it work, but today I simply cannot make it work at all, even after a restart of the web-page. Running Safari on a MAC, Monterey for Rocket Spanish!

 

Still a problem with the audio. I have noticed that it has been an issue for a long time.

 

Sad because I really like the course and my progress.
