The site has totally collapsed and prevented all lessons in rocket Japanese. Everything has gone blank and wont proceed with any lessons all of a sudden.

I am new to Rocket French and feeling overwhelmed by the options. I am not a beginner and don't know where to start. My aim is to improve my conversational French. Another issue is that I am not computer savvy and am wondering if this is the right learning method for me. Any advice /encouragement? SueR

Bonjour!
What I would suggest is to start with the very first lesson (1.0), as it serves as an introduction to the entire series. After that, try to network with the french users in your module and possibly try to set up times to converse. Something else is to just look around and try stuff out and see what works. The beauty of Rocket languages is that there isn't one set path to follow in order to learn, the right answer is what works best for you.
Best of luck, and nice to see you!

I don't feel that you need to be computer savvy to learn here. Listen to the lessons and the phrases/words, then repeat until you get it down. Just don't try to do too much at once! That can really help improve your conversational French. Forget the points for a while and work at your own pace, relax and have fun.
Bon Chance!

Hi there,
Those are definitely great tips!
Also, in case you feel you need to know where everything is, you can go to the 'Take a Tour' tab located on the top right-hand side of the lesson. It'll show you a video where you can see how the course is set up. Here is a link to the video itself:

I hope this helps!
