Hi,

Streaks seem to have gone a bit crazy today. Has there been a recent update? Points and streaks have been working perfectly for months.

Yeah, could you perhaps give an example of what you mean? Mine seem to be working normally...

Mine is currently fine as well. Would not have been happy if I had lost my 66 day streak lol.

Mine dropped by a third yesterday but it's back to normal again today. I refreshed quite a few times to check, but it kept saying the same thing. Don't know what happened but it's fine now.

Hi Jolietil,

Keep an eye on it and see if it comes back. I suspect that Rocket support intervened in some way. If there was a general date calc bug, you'd think it would have affected all of us at the same time.

My longest streak is fine now but my current streak still isn't working.

Hi jolietil,

I'd try an email to support (support@rocketlanguages.com). They have always been very responsive. Mine had a problem for only that day but it's restored now. This is an area that used to have heaps of issues but it's been very stable since the 2017 version was deployed.

In case somebody is looking into this, it happens for me around midnight (so I don't notice it often!). On the odd occasion I look after midnight, the streaks are always a bit out. Right now mine is out by lots but I bet it will be fine again tomorrow.

As predicted, back to normal in the morning. So something odd happens around midnight with my current streak. Not a big issue as it always comes back, but I guess other people must see it occasionally too.

I see it occasionally as well. In fact, a couple of times I gained a 3-day streak, but the next day it said that I only had two days in my active streak. Yet it has been fine since then.
