Tutor louder volume than response

When running under Windows 10, I can find no way to make the audio volume of the tutor and my response even roughly equal.
When I run under Linux Debian 9, these two volumes are comparable.
 

Did you ever sort this? I am having the same problem using W7. If I can't get it sorted I'll be taking a refund

As far as I can see, the only thing you can do is to try adjusting the recording level in the audio settings in Windows, presumably this is also possible on the Mac.

I find that the tutor audio is a little louder that  my play back volume in the lesson section and about the same in the Extra Vocabulary section as the tutor audio is not as loud. I have Windows 7 and I am using a USB head set with the mic level at 100%.

I tyied all that but the problem remained. I think a good solution would be to have individual volume controls for tuters and for our recorded voices, this would allow us balance the mixture directly on the web page or on the app
