4th of July offer pricing issue

I received the “This 4th of July,  get 60% off Rocket French Play the Part series!” where the Rocket French Play the Part is offered at $19.98, but when I try to purchase it with the discount, I have to pay $59.98. 

Is this a gimmick?

My email offer says $59.98. I had Spanish, but I think the major languages are priced the same.
