I have been a student in Rocket Italian for years. For some reason I am no longer able to log out of Rocket Italian because of a promotion that wants me to check out courses and prices of Rocket Italian being offered. What's going on? When I ask to just Log Out from the promo intro screen, nothing happens. It just sits there. It will let me go in and check out the promo details but it won't let me log out. HELP.

Sounds like a problem to report directly to support, to me. Some sort of programming error. I encountered one awhile back where I could not earn points when using Rocket Record in the audio lessons. It ended up being some sort of conflict with Firefox. They were able to fix it when they knew there was a problem.

I just now experienced the same thing with Rocket German. Very annoying.

I guess I never experience this since I never log out. I also use multiple computers and I never ever have problems as a result. I suppose I do log out when I reboot the computer but that is incidental.

That's an interesting part of the problem. I tried re-booting. Didn't matter, Rocket Italian didn't close and was still "active" after re-boot.
