Everything seems to work great now!

This morning everything worked perfectly. Even in the more distant past, there was always a certain percentage of playbacks where the audio didn't play. Only once did the audio not play immediately for me in the "Know It!" section just now and even there I hit the play button and it worked. The points also accumulated correctly. Thank you, Rocket Spanish!
 

Steven: what browser are you using? My points counter still doesn't work in either Firefox or Safari.

Dan: I should have specified this. To note my point counter has always worked.

- Flash v18.0

Just a mention for Dan and Steven, I have Chrome with it's own update Flash v18.0 something called pepperpot? Audio and playback work fine but I only get points on "Play it"

Thanks, Grahame. Wow, what a headache. I'm glad I can tell my corporate customers which browser / version / plugins to use with our software. I definitely could not deal with the myriad of combinations out there...
 

Well, I still do not accumulate points on any Play/Record button except on "Know It" and "Play It" under both Chrome and IE Explorer.

Mine is now working beautifully. I'm in Firefox.
