How do I rate Rocket Languages?

This is kind of awkward to ask, but I couldn't figure out how to use the "help". I really like Rocket Languages, so I would like to rate it. But, it's kind of hard to do something that you don't know how to do!

Click on Help, then look for the question you want to ask and click on it.  The answer will pop up.  If you don't see your question, write it in the Search box.  I hope this helps.

If you're on a desktop or laptop (not sure about the mobile version) you can go to the upper right corner of the page and click on the word "Reviews". That takes you to the Reviews page where there is a big blue button, also in the upper right, that says "Write Your Own Review".

ClaudiaR16, I tried that, but there weren't any results. I do have access to a computer, although I have been using a tablet because the updated Mango wasn't working on the computer.

夫婦茶碗, I tried on the computer to do as you had said; I clicked on where it says "Reviews", but I couldn't find the "big blue button".

It's the one that says, "write your own review," it's about the size and in the same spot as the "ask it here" button (or box) here on the forum.

It isn't showing up. Oh well. Cám ơn anyway! I can wait. I'm not exactly sure what I'm waiting for, but whatever. Lol

On the app, go first to the 'my progress' page then click on the 3 dots in top right hand corner and choose 'help and feedback'
from the 'help centre' page click on the 'menu' button and choose 'reviews' from the drop down menu. Once on the review page you will be able to add your own review. 
Alternatively, you could log onto the website on your tablet and, although it won't recognise any voice input, it should have a 'review' tab along the top.
hope one of these methods works for you.

Sorry it didn't work Eruber. I'm fresh out of ideas but, like you say, it is no biggie in the grand scheme of things. Enjoying the course is what counts.

I just noticed this thread and I don't think anyone has mentioned the browser.
At the moment, Chrome is the recommended browser and if you use any other browser some features may not work as expected. I know about rocket record and the search box, but there may be others.

Good point sfpugh. Some Rocket features don't work with Firefox (the browser I use) but the "Write your own review" button/link is there on the reviews page.

I just checked and the review button also appears with the edge Browser. 
I have found that Norton internet security interferes with rocket record playback. Maybe the OP has some other software causing a conflict. However it is a bit of a pain to go through the process of elimination with MSConfig. Probably not worth the effort. :-)

 

You're right sfpugh. I should have mentioned on my post that I use the chrome browser, as it may make a difference. 

Well if you are using chrome it really ought to work unless there is something strange about your PC, I assume it is windows 7 or 10?
One thing you could try is to open an Incognito mode window which disables all your extensions.
Click on the the three little dots at the extreme right at the level of the address window. click on  "new incognito window". This disables extensions. If that works then you have to go back to a normal window and try disabling extensions one at a time until you find the offending extension. To do this click on the three dots again and select more tools, then extensions.

To avoid all possible doubt, this is what you should see after clicking on reviews in the top menu:

I have been using Chrome, and my PC is windows 10. Thank you for the help, but I'm not exactly sure how I would review by now. I love Rocket, but then again... there are just some things that I need, that Rocket doesn't have. Not everybody needs these things, but I do. I'll try the incognito thing if I figure out my mind.
