Hi all- I just purchased rocket German and subsequently downloaded
the mobile app. Everything works well on the app aside from the
fact that I can not find the forums, games, and emergency phrase
book categories. The app is over iOS by the way. Any help would be
greatly appreciated!
How do you access the games on the rocket languages app

Steven: as far as I can tell you can only access the actual courses
on the mobile ap. Yesterday I tried to find the forums there
unsuccessfully as well.

Hi Dan/Steven - Unfortunately the games were developed pre-apps
coming along and they aren't particularly suited to being put into
app form. It is in the 6 month plan to redevelop the apps to
include more "extra" information from the courses; e.g. forum,
badges and leaderboards.
It's likely that we will introduce a flashcard style "game" that pulls in data from the words/phrases in your lessons that haven't been rated as "It's easy". As well as having a flashcard list of all the vocab in a lesson. Watch this space!

Jason: I like the flashcard idea. I use another flashcard ap now to
practice verbs that I have encountered in RS, and it has helped me
cement these important words into my vocabulary. I think one based
on difficult RS vocab would be a great addition.

I also like the flashcard app (which I hope will be available
through the normal web interface). I would like to see
buttons whereby one can "discard" the flashcard so that it only
keeps drilling you on those that you have not discarded. Note
that one should be able to reset. I would also like to see a
"hard" (and "very hard") button so that this flashcard is presented
more often.
With that, for each lesson, create a deck containing all words. On the first pass through the deck, we can quickly discard those words that we know and leave in the deck those words we want to drill. Also, we should have the option as to what language is shown first, e.g. English -> Spanish, or Spanish -> English.
In addition, creating some games based on the flashcard set for that lesson would also be nice like a matching game. Finally, it would be nice if we got points for working through the flashcard set.

Hi Robert - Great ideas, I will make sure they are discussed when
the time comes!
