Hello! well i dont use german but i can give you some advice how you should use the program, listen to one audio a day is recommended, 2 audio lesson a day can be a little too much and can confuse you, the game i dont know about, even i have not come so far, so i guess you should wait for the game for a while. listen to 1 audio and try listen too it and try too understand the grammar and how it is build, if something confuses you, check google for the word and see if any grammar comes up that you dont know anything about and practise it, listen and learn. /Robin

Could you please advise me the english meaning of kochira koso ?

kochira koso means: on my behalf too or I/me too/ likewise (very formal). For example, when you meet a person for the first time and he states: yoroshiku onegai shimasu, you respond with kochira koso yoroshiku onegai shimasu, not watashi mo yoroshiku onegai shimasu...all these because you barely know the person, so you must be a little more formal. hope this helps :)

There really is no scheudule here with Rocket Language. Just go with your own pace and you will do great. Just make sure you practice saying the words out loud, not in your head. you learn much faster well, good luck!(:

Hola Eugenia, im glad that you are learning español!...the only way to learn how to speak is to practice a lot!!! :) by the way, allow me to help you a little with your spanish... Its : " Yo escribo y leo"...or "Yo se escribir y leer" instead of "Yo se escribo" cause what it says is "I know write" and then....."pero es muy dificil cuando intento hablarlo or cuando hablo"... But still i got the idea ;)

HI Larry, I suggest to just do what feels best to you.......if one audio lesson a day is comfortable then do that but if you don't feel completely comfortable with the one lesson then listen to it as often as you need to.......everyone has their own learning pace. Just do the written lessons when you can and when you need to give your ears a rest...... and use the course motivation page....it will help you. I also started reading some German children's books...... not necessarily to understand them at this point, more for confidence speaking out loud and getting used to the words. try also listening to German music like Rammstein, it may not necessarily be your type of music but if you use it for pronunciation of words it should work....I print off the lyrics both in German and in English (or your native language) so that I can compare the two. I hope this helps :)

I am also new to Rocket . In the 1st lesson I listened to the audio . Did the conversation part of it . Did the practice with the extra vocabulary . Next I did the My Level . There doesn't seem to be an end to it . I have done 62 events in it an rated myself pretty good. Is there a limit to these My Level phrases? They just seem to repeat themselves. I also did the quiz . When I check the course content the little pie graph only shows about 4/5th complete . What am I missing ? Thanks..

I would suggest learning the first interactive audio lesson until you fully understand it before moving on or even looking at your next lesson. (Listen to the FULL AUDIO feature in PRACTICE. It has the added text at the bottom of the page.) I am only up to 1-5 but I review each lesson until I understand it the best I can several times before moving on to the next lesson. As I just started this course, (German) I would like to hear from others!

Hello Mary, Welcome to Rocket languages. Hope you had a good look around and are enjoying the lessons so far. You can navigate to any lesson in your course from the homepage. With the "My Level" button at the top right of every lesson you can determine how well you know a lesson, so you know whether you should revisit it or move on. There is no strict schedule how to work through the courses but we recommend each student to listen to the Interactive Audio Course lessons at least 3 times and then move on to the next one. Once you have gone through the first 3-4 audio lessons you can work through the grammar notes. When you are comfortable with the language, try using the MegaGames software to solidify your learning and get more practice. As you work through the course, try doing a few Survival Kit lessons - these are not in any particular order however they contain bonus lessons with important vocabulary that you will find useful throughout the course. If you have more questions let me know! Paul Weber
