I have a conflict between Norton Identity Safe and the playback of Rocket record. This produces a broken up echo like effect on playback. The effect is cleared for a single playback by hitting page reload. Disabling the Norton Identity Safe add-on in Chrome fixes the problem. I get it on both a Windows 7 PC and a Windows 10 Laptop.
What I don't know is if there is some third program that is causing the problem. It is hard to believe that no other Rocket user had Norton antivirus but how about Identity Safe? I use it because it acts as a password vault.
