Is there an Overview and/or Introduction for new users of Rocket? How best to organize one's studies?

Hi, I'm just starting with Rocket Spanish.

Is there an Overview and/or Introduction for new users of Rocket? … something like “Getting Started”? I'd really appreciated seeing all the Rocket components shown, along with an explanation of what they do, and an example of how to coordinate them all to use Rocket most successfully.

Some examples are: “Leaderboard”, Benchmarks, Saved Notes and Vocab… are there other components?

It would be great to know how others have successfully organized their studies… and I'm hoping there is a part of this website that explains it. If not, any advice offered would be appreciated : )
