Not sure if this has been mentioned in an earlier forum.
I have a problem when doing “Know It”
 When I record my voice I press the show tab and my voice recording is greyed out, and when I press the tutor playback that becomes greyed out with no sound or visual wave pattern of the tutors voice.
So I don’t know whether I am correct or not, it will work on one phrase and then not on the next. 
I have waited thinking maybe it is a connection delay but nothing happens, all the other lessons work fine. I have come back to it on different days and still no change.
I am at the point where I want to take a module test  but know this will effect my overall score (waiting two weeks) I had no problems before the flash update, I was hoping the flash problems would have been solved.

I had the same problem this afternoon when reviewing a lesson from Level 1. Actually, one time out of 15 the system responded by playing tutor's voice, but the other 14 she was mute. So the problems have not yet been completely resolved. I am using Firefox, by the way. I did not try it with other browsers.

I switch between Firefox and Chrome.. the problem exists with both.

I had that problem a few days ago but it's working for me know.  The only difference from before is that the wave form for the student is just an outline and not solid wave forms.

Hi all - There may be some residual issues with the latest Flash update. Please bear with us as we get our alternative working and ready for release!

Hi guys,

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. After a lot of work and adjustments, the problems with the audio and recording in the Know It! section of the course has been resolved through our IT Department. We apologize for the delay but everything should be back to normal now.
