Live customer support - no one ever there?

I've been trying to decide whether to buy Rocket Chinese, and every time I've been online for the past 5 or 6 days, no one has been available in Live Customer Support, even during the listed times. I'm beginning to think no one is ever available. Is that true?

I would use e-mail or toll free number. Look under help menu.
