"return to the top " no longer working

The "return to the top" button located below "my notes" hasn't worked since the last upgrade for me.
Has anyone else noticed this?
Would it be possible to make this feature together with "previous lesson" and "next lesson " buttons  float  somewhere on the screen so that they are  usable anywhere in the lesson

Is "return to the top" something on the app? I don't see it on the regular website though I would love such a feature on all pages.
