Technical problem with the dashboard

Hello everyone,

I have been having issues with the "My Dashboard" page since a few months... In fact, I logged in right after the 2015 soft launch and my dashboard was out of alignment. The modules with all the lessons and all are unbalanced, everything being on the left column, the gray column with "Take a Tour", "Rocket News", etc. I was just wondering if anyone experienced the same problem and how to fix it? I tried refreshing the page, logging out and in, nothing's working.

Hi Noep - I would recommend sending a screen shot to customer support, along with detail on your device and browser.

Hi, I reported a similar problem back in Dec. It happens when using ctrl+ to zoom the browser page (makes chinese characters larger and easier to read). It really messes up the dashboard screen alignment at zoom levels of 125% and 175%.

I have the same trouble when using Chrome, changing to IE solved the problem, although not my favoured choice

danos was right. I've been using Chrome with zoom 125% since a few months. I don't know why, but my Chrome browser is really small since a few months and I had to switch the zoom to 125% to be able to see something... Does somebody know how to fix this Chrome problem? It'll fix my Rocket Languages problem at the same time.
