How can I understand better English speakers?

Make friends with people who speak only English, and ask them to help you with your English while you hang out together. If they speak too fast, ask them to repeat more slowly. If you don't understand, ask them to explain. Don't be shy about using your English. Learn to laugh at your own mistakes. The more mistakes you make, the more you learn. Practice, practice, practice!
