Hi Jeremy, Sorry for the late reply! We don't have any plans to make a higher level of Korean at the moment but if you're on our mailing list you'll be informed by email if we do release a Rocket Korean Premium Plus course in the future. As for the lessons on the alphabet, have you seen the Writing Lessons? These cover the alphabet but let us know if you have any suggestions. Hope that helps!

if i would make a suggestion, you should make some audio for the writing lessons describing the alphabet in detail.explaining how it sounds, doing repetition and also using it in a word.also if you can make it so it can be downloaded as a mp3 file. that would be much appreciated.

@Jeremy, When I first started learning the Hangul characters I found this site to be very fun and helpful http://www.aeriagloris.com/LearnKorean/ No audio, but this testing format helped me to quickly learn what the romanized conversion for the characters was. I hope it's ok to post other sites here. That one is free, so I'm thinking it is ok.

@jeremy I'm glad you enjoyed it. The more I study Hangul the more I appreciate it's consistency and elegance. It has a beautiful history as well. King Sejong gave the gift of literacy to the common person by having this system developed, and in my opinion it is the among the finest writing systems ever developed by man. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sejong_the_Great#Hangul

Hi Jeremy! How is your reading/writing going? The writing lessons do have audio - for example this lesson on "ㅑ and ㅕ" includes audio for both vowels: http://members.rocketlanguages.com/lessons/2385 There are also example words like 야구 and 여름 which also includes audio. Is this what you meant? I'd recommend using the recording feature too so you can record your voice and play it back to compare it to the audio, it really helps! As for downloading the audio - here's a trick: you can right-click on any blue play button (before clicking play) and select "Save link as..." to download those short audio files :) Tony - I agree! The Korean writing system is very impressive :)

Hi Jeremy, Good to hear your learning is going well and you've found the audio download useful! You're quite right, it was Tony that complimented the alphabet - my apologies Tony! I've edited my post :)
