Flashcards - Suspend Note Option

Please include an option to suspend / block flashcards. The emphasis of the course is on functional language and there will be cards that simply aren't relevant or helpful to people. For example, Lesson 1.0 includes the phrase "I am a veteran of the Republic of Korea Marine Corps." This is interesting, but not a phrase I want to dedicate my time to immediately.
