korean pronunciation query

I can read Hangul ok, I can read romanisation ok, I can read the international pronunciation table. But what is the pronunciation written for the Korean? It is really confusing and doesn't match the sound. I feel like I have to now unlearn every thing so far. This is unhelpful and confusing. I wanted software primarily to practice speaking. Where can I find the pronunciation chart used here. English is my native language.

Sorry for the late reply.

We have switched most of the course to a format that includes 한글 (hangeul) now, so it should be easier to practice the pronunciation now. Hope this helps.
