korean pronunciation query

I can read Hangul ok, I can read romanisation ok, I can read the international pronunciation table. But what is the pronunciation written for the Korean? It is really confusing and doesn't match the sound. I feel like I have to now unlearn every thing so far. This is unhelpful and confusing. I wanted software primarily to practice speaking. Where can I find the pronunciation chart used here. English is my native language.

Pronunciation in Korean is probably the easiest part of learning Korean because rules are very specific and there are no exceptions.
