I'm confused. Is "anyoung hee gaseyo" for the one staying or leaving?

when you say "anyoung hee Gaseyo" it mean safe and sound leaving please , so it means than you are the one leaving and they are the one staying. refer to lesson 1.0 "grettings and intoductions" for more info.
