Anyone familiar with Honduran idioms?

Hola, I'm traveling to Honduras in June 2014 to conduct medical clinics in rural areas. Is anyone familiar with word usage or idiomatic expressions unique to this country? Gracias. Felipe

Hola Phillip: I am mexicano but have met "hondureños" in the past and something that differentiate their spanish vs mexican spanish is the use of "vos" instead of "Tú". They use it for informal or friends and "usted" with elderly people , parents and strangers. I hope i can find more info about spanish un Honduras and share it with you! Saludos!
