Everytime I try to use the Mega games, the program crashes saying "Macromedia projector has encountered a problem and needs to close" I have tried updating flash and quicktime, and running in compatability mode, but to no avail. Has anyone else here encountered this problem? Or have any idea how to fix it?
Mega Games will not run

Please, when reporting a problem like this, state what hardware you have and which software you use
--Laptop?
--notebook?
--desktop ?
--windows?
--Mac ?
--Linux (+wine )
and are you running mega games version 5 ?
Otherwise no-one will be able to even guess

Sorry about that, I was exhausted and was hoping it was a common problem that would be a simple fix. Im using a desktop, running XP. It is version 5.0 that I downloaded. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. When the program starts up it opens and goes to the main window where the 3 games are listed, however when I click any of them to begin I get the error.

I know already that you are going to say no, but I ask anyway
Do you have backup( s) , or restore point( s ), from just before you installed.
If you had, it would be easy to determine where it happened, and then what or why.
Since you have uninstalled and upgraded already, I think it's possible you have a registry fault.
Is it possible for you to backup your C partition, then reinstall plain XP on the same partition and immediately install megapack v 5 , and see what's happening.
I have to warn you that I am an EX-windows user. I do linux now.
So my knowledge is limited and my ways old-fashioned, but foolproof.
