Can't get module 1 to show full green (complete)

I've triple checked and I've completed every task in the module. All the individual tasks show green within the module, but on the dashboard, it's still showing only half green (not complete)

I would contact support. If you are seeing nothing but green circles on the right side of the screen, the module circle should be green. The support people do watch these forums, but they usually say, “Please contact support" or “We will reach out to you.”  They take a few days to answer usually.

Thanks so much for your posts. Rick DID email Customer Support (thanks for passing on that advice, Scott), and I replied to him, but thought I would add a copy here for anyone else with the same question.

Regarding completing lessons there are a few things that need to happen in order for the icon to turn green:
 

• - The audio lesson needs to be listened to all the way through
• - Tests need to be completed for every lesson
• - The Language lesson needs to be read all the way to the bottom of the page

 
If you haven't listened to/read a lesson to the end, the progress bar will show as incomplete. As you complete a test, the icon will change color.
