deleting an account

To delete an account and start again.

If I want to delete my account does that mean it deletes all the languages I am learning or just individual ones when I am on the language page and click delete?

Does that mean I can no longer access the languages too as it deletes all purchases too. If so is there any way of just deleting progress

Hi Maxie, 

If you choose to delete your account, it will delete all the languages in your profile and clear all your data from our system. You would no longer have access to any purchases you have made in the past. 

If you would just like to reset your progress in your language courses, please email customer support on support@rocketlanguages.com and they can assist you with that.
