I started Rocket with Level 2 and was fairly happy with everything but in Hear it Say it quite a few words sounded wrong, like hearing an S at the end of verbs ending in R. My recordings were also a bit hit and miss, my microphone picking up backround noise and not recognizing when to stop, or stopping too soon. I was using a nice stereo bluetooth headset and mic. I was about to post a question/complaint when I was randomly reading through the Help and saw the recommended browser was Chrome, somehow when beginning to use Rocket I never read this anywhere. I had been using Firefox. What a huge improvement to use Chrome! Using FIrefox I did not even know about the voie recognition feedback! And now the audio is really good.
The other major difference was that I switched out my bluetooth headset for a cabled Plantronics headset with the mic that wraps around in front of your mouth, the type typcially used by phone oeprators. It also is a big improvement in the recordings.
