When the kids do the play back flash cards it doesn't show up green if they say the word back correctly. Orginally it was turning green if they speak it back correctly, but now it's not. How can I fix this so I don't have to stand over them to see if they are getting every single word correct?

We recommend a few things to get the best out of the voice recognition feature:
1. An updated version of the app or Chrome/Safari browsers
2. A fast internet connection
3. A quiet space and compatible earphones
Please give these suggestions a try, and if your children continue to have trouble, please email the customer support team with some examples of the words/phrases they are struggling with, and we will do some more testing from here.
