Hola amigos. Tengo una pregunta. En leccion 1.4 level 2 Carmen replies "no me acuerdo" regarding trying to remember the last time she went to the the movies. ¿Porque es no " recuerdo"? Me gusta Rocket Spanish mucho. Muy buenos a todos. Ricardo

Hola Rich. There are two common verbs in Spanish that mean "to remember": *acordarse* and *recordar*. I think they're often interchangeable, though there are probably times that call for one and not the other. I remember being told that "recordar" is the verb to use when you're talking about something further back in time--sort of like the English word "recollect."
