could you also say?
En que haces trabajas?
Also where can I go to put the right punctuation on the Spanish words?

Hola Jim. I don't think you can say En qué haces trabajas. Both haces and trabajas are verbs--putting them together as you have would result in a sentence something like "in what do you do do you work?"
When you ask about punctuation, do you mean the accents and upside-down question marks and the like? You can find a lot of information about how to form them here:
