how to pronounce words in Spanish

hola! can anyone help me out on how to pronounce words in Spanish just by looking at the word? I tried the first lesson under language and culture on how to pronounce Spanish words, but it doesn't help. For example, how do you say sois?

The way I learned is that "Sois" is a plural form of the verb ser "to be" used in Spain, and rhymes with "voice" (soice)
