She says necesita un carro.

He says no non necesito un carro. Why the different endings of necesito/a

Hola Maxie,

Necesito is first person present tense : I need, no necesito, I don't need. Necesita is second person present formal. 

¿Necesita un carro? Do you need a car?  Hope this helps.
