Since completing level 1 6.8 

unable to complete rocket certification 

module 6 as it a mixture of all languages.

 

now unable to record voice after starting level 7.1

problems with recording since 2021 version Appeared.

i use safari , press allow recording but an error message appears 

Please help as its frustrating

Indeed, there seem to be some problems with the Rocket Certification at present. Our technical team is aware of this and they are looking into getting that sorted out. 

We have also been able to replicate the voice recognition problems that you are having. I will pass this on to our technical team as well to get this fixed.

Our apologies that we haven't been able to resolve this recording issue yet! 

We have so far been unable to pin the problem down on our end, so unfortunately we'll need a few more details from you in order to sort this out. Could you please contact Support directly at support@rocketlanguages.com and provide a screenshot of what you see when the recording fails? Any other details that you can provide (e.g. if this is only on Safari, if it happens with every phrase or just specific ones, etc.) would be very helpful.
