One of the hardest thing about learning another language is being able to sound out words as you read them. Fortunately, Spanish is a phonetic language, which means that you can pretty much pronounce any word once you learn the basic alphabet. (Unlike the English "alfabet!")
That's why I like the following Spanish-English dictionary:

A little under one fifth of the entries have audio sound files linked to them that you can listen to the word as you read it. Very useful!
