Using Hacer with Falta

in lesson 6.7 it states that using "hacer" w3ith "falta" gives emphasis to the need or lack. e.g. "Me hace falta estar con mi familia" and "Me hace falta un auto". Does this mean that "Me falta un auto." would also be correct, just not emphasising the want so much?

Hola David, Saying "Me falta un auto" would be understood more as " I am lacking/I am missing a car" rather than placing empashis on "needing" a car. In this case it should be, "Me hace falta un carro". Here is a discussion on this subject,: http://www.spanishdict.com/answers/152553/me-falta-v-me-hace-falta I hope this helps, the rest of your sentences are correct. Éxito y buena suerte! Saludos.
