When do we learn the past?

Hello, just curious. In which module do we start learning any form of the past? So that I could say i have been to the cinema for example :)

It shows up first in 8.3, but if you are looking for the grammar lessons, 9.5 is where I think that starts. FYI, “past tense” is complicated in Spanish as there is the preterite (9.5) and the imperfect (first used in 9.3 but the grammar lessons start in 10.6). Of course it can be even more complicated when you start talking about past participle, past conditional, imperfect subjunctive, etc but I think preterite and imperfect are what you are looking for at this point.
