Can I make a review deck?

Hi,

I'm new to using this app. Just wondering if there is a way I can save the certain things I get wrong, or find difficult to a deck that I can keep reviewing until I have memorised?

If I do a course I can learn the vocab and remember it that day and get all green ticks saying I know the content. But if I don't review I may forget in a week. Is there a way everyone automatically reviews everything?

Thanks!

You can go back and reset the flash cards or tests and do it again. Just click on the green box and it'll ask if you want to reset it. You're on the right track, keep reviewing the old lessons so they stick.

You can also make custom flashcards. I've never done it but check it out tools.

I have read of an app called Anki for custom flashcards. It says many medical students use it as it has many features.

There is also an app called Fluent Forever that uses the same spaced repetition method that Anki does, but with prebuilt flashcards for language learning (and the ability to add your own). Using Anki or FF, you won't get all the ones you know well again for a long time, but repeat the ones you mark as unknown or hard more often.

Thanks for your posts, everyone! The tests included in every lesson keep track of any words or phrases you've rated either as “good” or “hard", and give you the option of re-doing those phrases until you can finally mark them as “easy”:

As mentioned above (thank you Daryl-O1), you can also reset the whole test if you like.

In the Tools section of your course (click on your Avatar to find this option in the drop-down menu), you will also see the Benchmark test that you might like to use to refresh your memory, and keep track of your improvement!

We recommend studying often (shorter sessions every day is better than longer sessions once a week, for example), and repeating lessons until you feel confident that you can move on to the next.

Hopefully that helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
