Flash Cards Not Working Properly

Hi! Neither MegaCards Flash Card Game, either Beginners or Advanced, are working properly for me. The first two cards come up properly, but after that the image on the card and the timer both freeze up. Is anyone else having this problem, and if so, were you able to resolve it? I sent Rocket Support an email about this but have not heard back. I purchased Rocket Spanish in November so I think I have the new edition. Thanks!

For anyone who is interested, I received assistance from Rocket Support, who suggested that I used Google Chrome or Firefox as a browser. Problem is now fixed. I am also using Google chrome on my iPad with better functionality for the Rocket Spanish program. Thanks!
