I would say is more like the sound of "Set" than "Say"...so its "Seh-gear" or "se-geer". Saludos!

A little softer on the first sílaba as Seh and a little more emphasis on the last as gear? ¿O ambos sílabas son igual?

Exacto!!! Remeber that the accent goes over the i so the emphasis is set on the last sylable! ....seh-GEAR!
