My Custom Flashcards Not Accessible

As of about 12:30 am New York time March 12 it became impossible for me to access my Custom Flashcards. A two page error message followed, starting with "members.flashcard.settings.top not found". The same thing happened on my PC with the Chrome browser and my iPhone with Chrome and Safari. Any ideas when we will get this operational?
