Is "Ok" understood in Latino America? In Andalucia (Spain), I was surprised that this wasn't understood (at least with the people I talked with). "Vale" worked though.

It was used in the part of Bolivia I visited. I'm not sure how other areas or countries would use or understand it.

I can add that it is also understood and used in Peru, according to the Peruvian college student that I meet with. Not sure about Cuba. I will have to check that our when I am there.
