There may be a more idiomatic way to say this in Spanish, but for what it's worth, WordReference.com, which I've found to be the best online "look up" resource, translates "get it" as *entenderlo*, and the Vox Advanced Spanish/English dictionary offers *no lo entiendo* as the way to say "I don't get it."

Hi,
When I don't really understand something and it is explained to me and then I get the meaning I usually say... "Ah Sí, eso es" (Oh yes, that's it)
Otherwise most of the examples above also work.
Regards,
Mauricio.

Ya veo: now I see (meaning "now I understand","I see what you're saying", "I get it")
