All of these words are defined as 'to try', but what's the difference? Which verb do I use when I'm refering to: - trying to do something - trying on clothes - trying food Examples along with explainations are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, Good question, definitely not the best word to translate literally. Probar can be used when trying food or clothes Tratar or intentar can both be related to trying to do an action. I hope that helps. Mauricio
