Trouble saving vocab

I'm having trouble saving my vocab words. I try to double click on a word in the lesson, but no “save” icon appears. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble saving vocabulary words! It is only possible to save vocabulary to your Saved Vocab list from example phrases within the lesson that have audio, so this feature unfortunately won't work if you are trying to save vocabulary from elsewhere (e.g. from within the explanatory text in the body of the lesson). 

If the words that you are trying to save are indeed from phrases with audio and you're still not having any luck, could you let me know what type of browser you are using? This should help us to narrow down the problem.
