Work book

I recently began Level 1 of the Spanish course.  During a number of the audios there are references to a workbook (e.g., see Section XX of the workbook).  I don't see anything about a workbook in the main panel.  Can someone explain what these references relate to?

Wayne: look under the Survival Kit tab. You should see the Beginner's Spanish book, which is a pdf that you can download and print if you like.
