I think Rocket Italian is great! I love the way it integrates real life conversations with grammar in a way which makes language learning fun, interactive and productive. I also love how at the end of each lesson there is an option to practice the vocabulary using different modes (listening, writing, speaking). This not only allows you to memorise the words but practicing in this way also trains your ear to be able to write unknown Italian words without needing to be told how to spell them. I only started learning Italian about a month ago but I already feel like I've made so much progress and the great thing is I enjoy it too!
Response from Rocket Languages
Thank you, Emily! We're delighted to hear about the progress you've made learning Italian in just a month. We love having you in our community of language learners and can't wait to see where this journey takes you!
I have liked the program so far but here are my main criticisms:
First, the pacing. I wouldn't say I like having 5 audio lessons consecutively and then 5 language and culture lessons in a row. I prefer to have one audio and one language and culture lesson each time. I also wish these two types of lessons were more related and interconnected. they seem so disjointed and irrelevant right now.
I also wish that there was some sort of spaced repetition feature for reviewing previously learned vocabulary and materials. Therefore I have to manually make flashcards in another program (Anki) for this which is a little cumbersome than having them readily available.
I would like to see some new features for exercising the learned vocabulary and grammar instead of just repeating the limited number of sentences in each lesson and requiring the students to form and come up with new sentences.

Thank you, Mohammad! You've raised some great points! We have a testing activity called the Rocket Certification tests in the Tools area for revisiting covered content. The course is divided into different lesson types for flexibility, so there's no fixed way to progress through it. You can switch between lesson types as you see fit! We understand the need for a stronger connection between Language and Culture, and Audio lessons, and we're working on incorporating this into our newer courses. We always value user feedback, so if you'd like to discuss anything in more detail, feel free to contact us at [email protected]!
Best language learning course I have used. I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to learn Italian.

Thank you, Michael, for being a part of the Rocket Italian community! Keep up the great work!
Questo corso linguistico e molto utile, molto facile di seguire, ed anche molto divertente.
I miei amici italiani mi dicono che loro hanno una impressione molto favorevole del mio progresso.
Grazie mille.
Learning Rocket Italian is very hard work but the only way to learn how to speak fluently.
Awesome, this has helped me regain confidence in speaking italiuan
I love Rocket Languages! I got free access thru my library, so check if yours gives you free access - the price otherwise is too steep. The course, though, is worth it! Much better than the likes of Duolingo/Rosetta Stone/etc. I tried them all and only Rocket Italian met my expectations. It gives you 10x what you put into it - trust me.
I love the variety of learning techniques and wonder if it would be possible to get even more native voices, though I do think yours is particularly beautiful, Maria! Also might it be possible in the future to have some video clips with different speakers? Thanks so much for all the good work you've put into making this such a great experience - especially Maria and Alex (though I'm sure there are lots of hard workers behind the scenes too!).
Loving it so far! I love building vocabulary and hearing the correct way to pronounce words.
So far so good, although I'm in the beginning and it goes slow.
It's difficult to connect the words to meaning, so I have some difficulty. Maybe lacking some images.
But I like and would recommend.
