My computer is not working . I would give all 5s. I had no experience with customer service. I would like a phone number and a live human being to answer

I really like that there is more structure to the courses than many online self-taught alternatives. The dialogues and activities are very helpful. The cultural notes are also great. This course feels a lot more "real life applicable" than many other online resources I've used.

I had been learning on a very popular free App for over a year and felt like I was making little progress. Therefore, I switched to RocketSpanish and am very happy with the learning experience so far. I learn a lot of sentences that I can use in everyday conversations and I find them so much easier to remember since everything is embedded in stories. I would definitely buy it again!

Bloody awesome course :)) Initially I was a little thrown off by the overly jovial tone of some of the English conversations but the actual content of the course is fantastic. My only complaint is that the speakers can come across as if they are talking to a child and i'm sure most of the people utilising this course are likely to be adults. Otherwise it's great.
