The microphone on the trial program worked fine until I purchased the Spanish 1-3, then the microphone stopped working. I loaded the program onto another device, the microphone worked, but the 'play' button did not work!
Very difficult to concentrate when there are so many technical difficulties with the program.

I am having a lot of fun with Rocket German, and next, Rocket Spanish. This program is pretty great. I hope lots of people make use of it. Other programs I have tried did not compare.
On ipad voice playback won't work. No reply from customer service. Back to the Fluenz program.

Unfortunately, the app version of Rocket Languages doesn't support the voice playback feature. We hope that you'll continue your French language-learning journey and wish you all the best!
Enjoy learning it, Very good because you can always return to difficult parts. Had to stop for a while because of moving my home, but it was easy to pick up. From now on, I'll regularly continue. The target is learning the language. Unfortunately, my computer does not allow voice recording. I hope that this does not influence the study results.

Hi Elza - Make sure you try the Android and iOS apps!
I purchased the English rocket language, but I have encountered some issues with the audio on the Android app. The words and phrases do not play correctly, but they do work properly on the laptop browser. However, when trying to record on the laptop browser, only the last part of the word or half of the sentence is recorded, which is very inconvenient. As a solution, I have been playing the words and sentences on my laptop browser and attempting to record on the Android app. Rocket language has a 60-day refund policy, so I will be requesting a full refund due to these issues.

The Hear It Say It feature does not work but must be passed to progress to the next level, essentially making the entire program useless.

not user friendly, no offline content, audio recordings rarely recognize speech, slow customer service, very dissapointed, I thought this was the best app on the market, for this quality, the app is very expensive, for less than 9USD you get this same content in other places

As someone who's been using Rocket Japanese for years and generally liking it, I'm writing this review to express my frustration. AGAIN you have redesigned the app in a way that seriously hurts the functionality! Why do you keep doing this? (Especially with no option to switch back?). Why did you decide to make the kanji suddenly very small, forcing me to zoom in on phone? Makes the kanji lessons a huge pain! Change it back! Im getting tired of you guys constantly screwing up your own app!

Very monotonous and hard to follow material. I can't keep engaged in the material. Super boring content.
