I am early on in the lessons but, already having "un poco" Spanish, I am finding the lessons to be of not a lot of use, so far. I am hoping that will improve as I progress through them. However, I must say that the speech recognition facility is woeful!
I am unable to rate "Customer Service" as I haven't had any.

I have studied the Greek language while living on the island of Crete. I wish I would have had something like this to help me put everything I learned together. This course has it all, pronunciation and writing. The flash cards and quizzes really test your knowledge. Awesome online language class.
Although I’m still at the beginning lessons. I am satisfied so far.
I really enjoy my learning experience with the very helpful and cheery instructor. Being able to download the lessons has been a great help in becoming comfortable with the spoken word. I listen to them during my drive to and from work and this has helped me get the most from the course so far.
Loving the program so far. I was doing dualingo for months and still never felt like I could have a real conversation with anyone. I’m just 3 courses into rocket and feel like I could can actually use what I have learned. My favorite part is being able to do courses while I drive.
Just started the trial on Tuesday - comparing Rocket to a few other language courses I have sampled. So far, I am impressed! Within the next few days I must make a decision on which one to purchase - leaning heavily towards Rocket!
I only use the web interface. I'm not a fan of apps on my phone. The web interface mostly works but the microphone interface throws error messages and hasn't worked since day 1. I've also had issues with leaving notes and trying to use the contact form. I've tried both Safari and Brave browsers with the same results on both.
Support has be lackluster. I also tried to call the phone # from the website and got an error from Verizon that the call couldn't be completed as dialed. This has happened multiple times.

I love the layout of this course. I plan on following up with Italian.
This is the third online Spanish course I have tried and it is the very best I have found! I love the way the classes, verb forms, and vocabulary are organized thematically in lessons. I like the combination of auditory, written Spanish and verbal practice. This course does not require you to spell and insist on correct accent use in order to advance to the next lesson. This course also allows you autonomy to jump around and go back and listen to previous lessons. The conversations between the three narrators are entertaining and effective!
I find it a little difficult to navigate when I’m listening to it. I still haven’t been able to find somewhere where I can quickly look at conjugated verbs. Also I can’t easily find where and how to easily contact customer service to find out how best to navigate.

Hi Novello - The FAQ and support contact form is available by clicking on your avatar (at top right). There is a lot of content in Rocket Spanish, so the best way to look for particular subjects is by browsing the Dashboard's lesson titles, or using the search at the top of the page.
